Dr Ruth Nimbargi is originally from Mumbai in India, where she obtained her MBBS. After undertaking specialist GP training in the UK, she moved to Australia and worked on King Island and Melbourne, before moving to Cairns. Passionate about individualised, holistic skin cancer care, Dr Ruth offers thorough skin checks and a range of medical and surgical treatments for sun damaged skin and skin cancers. She values patient concerns as key to treatment success. She has undertaken extensive skin cancer training and is working towards her Fellowship with the Skin Cancer College of Australasia.

Dr Morice graduated with his Doctor of Medicine in 1993 from the University of Arizona and obtained his Specialist in Family Medicine qualifications through the American Board of Family Medicine in 1996. He is also a qualified HIV medicine specialist, from the American Academy of HIV Medicine, and practiced in the field for 12 years. He is an S100 prescriber for HIV medications in Queensland and has a specialty interest in blood-borne disease. Dr Morice emigrated to Australia in 2007 and has lived in Cairns since 2008. He is a well-respected GP within the Cairns LGBTQIA+ community.

Dr Livia Sipetean is an Australian-trained General Practitioner with a special interest in ADHD assessment and management. She became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2021 and is a member of the Australasian ADHD Professionals Association (AADPA).
Dr Livia completed her medical degree (MBBS) in Romania in 1998 before migrating to Australia in 2008. She has proudly called North Queensland home since 2013 and is passionate about supporting the health and wellbeing of the local community.
With a warm, patient-centred approach, Dr Livia provides comprehensive ADHD assessments and ongoing treatment for adolescents and adults. She also continues to enjoy all aspects of general practice medicine, offering holistic and evidence-based care tailored to each individual.
Dr Livia consults at both Cairns Health Collective and Stratford Medical Centre, with appointments available face-to-face and via Telehealth to ensure accessible and flexible care.
Dr Ömer is a Sports and Exercise Physician with a strong commitment to diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal pain with clarity and precision.
Dr Ömer will be visiting Cairns Health Collective every 4 weeks. He will work closely with pain specialists and allied health clinicians to manage complex and persistent musculoskeletal conditions through shared care.
His clinical focus centers on understanding how the body moves and using musculoskeletal ultrasound to assess tissues in real time. This enables more accurate diagnoses, precise interventions, and clearer explanations for patients. He performs a wide range of injection-based treatments, including platelet-rich plasma (PRP), prolotherapy, tendon and muscle injections, nerve-related procedures and fluid aspirations. Nearly all procedures are performed under ultrasound guidance to improve accuracy and reduce guesswork.
Dr Sarah is a Specialist General Practitioner and GP Allergist with a passion for compassionate, comprehensive and individualised patient care. Over the past decade, Dr Sarah has dedicated the majority of her professional time to caring for children and expanding her expertise in allergic disease diagnosis and management. She has extensive experience and practical training in Paediatric and Allergic Disease Medicine and maintains strong ties and formal mentorship with the respective departments and clinicians at The Cairns Hospital.
Sarah is warm, approachable, warm and professional, and values empathy and clarity with a clinical approach that is thoughtful and evidenced based. She genuinely loves the work that she does which is reflected in her passion and enthusiasm.

With two Master’s degrees (Education and Public Health/Clinical Pharmacology), a Bachelor of Pharmacy, and advanced qualifications in medication management, functional nutrition, and naturopathy, she brings a unique blend of clinical precision and holistic wisdom to her practice.

Dr Amanda Roberts is a Cairns-based GP, DAME (CASA Designated Medical Examiner), and founder of Stratford Medical Centre and the Wheels of Wellness program. She moved from South Africa in 2007 and worked with the Royal Flying Doctor Service for 10 years. Amanda has special interests in emergency medicine, mental health, clinical governance, business and service delivery design. Dr Roberts mentors GP registrars, has previously served on health and charity boards, and enjoys running medical service delivery businesses to enable health professionals to bring their skills to our communities. She is also a foster carer and mum to two young adults and as many animals as possible. Amanda enjoy seeing others find their passion and squeezing in travel whenever possible, especially if nature based in our wonderful outdoors.
